These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TrainPro Academy platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

TrainPro Academy is a platform that connects sports fans with professional and semi-professional athletes through exclusive training content, messaging, and 1:1 video calls.

To create an account on TrainPro Academy, you must:

• Meet the minimum age required to use online services in your country of residence. Where local laws require parental or legal guardian consent for your age group, you may only use the Platform with such consent. If your country requires you to be a certain age to enter into financial or commercial agreements, you must meet that requirement in order to receive payouts or use monetization features.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Not have been previously banned from the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

As a fan on TrainPro Academy, you may:

• Browse athlete profiles and free preview content.
• Subscribe to athlete profiles to access exclusive content.
• Send messages to athletes you are subscribed to.
• Book 1:1 video calls with athletes who offer them.

Athlete accounts require an application and approval process. By applying, you confirm that your information is truthful and that you (or your representative) are authorised to represent yourself as described. Approved athletes are also subject to the Creator Terms.

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing to an athlete, you authorise us to charge your payment method each month until you cancel.

• Subscription prices are set by individual athletes and displayed on their profiles.
• All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at the time of purchase.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

Subscription fees are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. If your payment method is in a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply conversion fees — TrainPro Academy is not responsible for these charges.

Due to the nature of digital content, our refund policy is as follows:

• Subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• 1:1 Calls: Full refund if the athlete cancels or fails to attend. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• Exceptional circumstances: We may offer refunds at our discretion for technical issues or service failures attributable to TrainPro Academy.
• Chargebacks & disputes: Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most issues can be resolved directly and faster than the formal dispute process. Where a refund or lost chargeback dispute occurs, the original payment is reversed proportionally: the creator refunds their share of the revenue (80–90% depending on their account type), the referring athlete (if applicable) refunds their 5% referral bonus, and TrainPro Academy refunds its platform fee proportionally. This reversal is automatic and deducted from future earnings. Athletes who believe a dispute was incorrectly decided may contact info@trainpro.academy within 14 days to request a counter-claim with supporting evidence.
• Excessive disputes: If an athlete's dispute rate exceeds 1% of total transactions over any 90-day period, their account may be suspended pending review. This protects the platform's payment processing relationship for all users.

All users agree to the following content standards. You may not post, upload, or send:

• Adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic material.
• Violent, threatening, or harassing content.
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting protected groups.
• Spam, scams, or misleading commercial content.
• Content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Personal information of others without their consent.
• Content that impersonates another person, athlete, or public figure.
• Content promoting gambling, banned substances, or activities prohibited under applicable sports regulations.
• Content that is substantially generated by artificial intelligence where the underlying training knowledge or insight is not authentically your own.

AI-generated content policy: You may use AI tools to assist with editing, captioning, translation, or production quality of your content. However, all training knowledge, insights, and expertise shared on TrainPro Academy must be genuinely your own. Fully AI-generated content that misrepresents artificial intelligence output as authentic athlete knowledge is prohibited. You also warrant that you have not used AI tools to generate synthetic representations of other athletes or any person without their explicit written consent. TrainPro Academy reserves the right to remove content that violates this policy without prior notice.

Athletes are solely responsible for all content they upload. TrainPro Academy reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders without prior notice.

Athletes retain full ownership of the content they upload to TrainPro Academy. By uploading, athletes grant TrainPro Academy a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute the content to subscribers through the platform. This licence terminates when the content is removed.

Athletes grant TrainPro Academy the right to use short excerpts of their content (not exceeding 30 seconds of video or 3 images per post) for marketing and promotional purposes, including on social media and in advertising materials. Athletes who wish to opt out of promotional use may do so at any time by emailing info@trainpro.academy.

Athletes warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights to upload the content they post on TrainPro Academy, and that such content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

The TrainPro Academy name, logo, branding, and platform design are the intellectual property of TrainPro Academy and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Fans may not download, redistribute, re-upload, or commercially exploit any athlete content accessed through subscriptions. Doing so is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.

The messaging system is provided for genuine, respectful communication between fans and the athletes they subscribe to. Messaging is a privilege, not a right.

• All messages must follow our content rules above.
• Athletes are not obligated to respond to every message.
• Abusive, harassing, or inappropriate messages will result in immediate account suspension.
• TrainPro Academy may moderate messages for safety and compliance purposes.

Some athletes offer 1:1 video calls that fans can book and pay for through the platform. These calls are subject to the following conditions:

• Call duration and pricing are set by the athlete. Actual call duration can vary depending on the call.
• Calls are scheduled through our own platform.
• Both parties are expected to join on time. A 10-minute grace period applies. If an athlete fails to join within the grace period without prior notice, the fan is entitled to a full refund. If a fan fails to join within the grace period, the call is forfeited and no refund is issued.
• Recording of calls is prohibited unless both parties explicitly agree.
• All platform conduct rules apply during calls.

TrainPro Academy is not a party to the 1:1 call itself and is not responsible for any advice given, information shared, or outcomes resulting from calls between fans and athletes. Fans should exercise their own judgment regarding any training or coaching advice received.

In the event of a dispute regarding whether a call took place, TrainPro Academy will request evidence from both parties. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the scheduled call time. TrainPro Academy's decision following review of evidence is final.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate any of these Terms of Service.
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Abuse or harass other users.
• Attempt to circumvent platform security or payment systems.

You may delete your own account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Upon termination of an athlete account for any reason, any earnings already accrued and confirmed in the platform ledger will be paid out within 30 days, subject to any outstanding disputes, chargebacks, or platform fees owed.

TrainPro Academy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, the accuracy of athlete information, or the quality of content or calls. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrainPro Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrainPro Academy's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by that user to TrainPro Academy in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €500.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TrainPro Academy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam (or the competent court of the Netherlands).

For users located in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law, which cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of TrainPro Academy after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
