These Creator Terms apply to all athletes and content creators who are approved to publish content on TrainPro Academy. By accepting these terms during your application, you agree to be bound by the conditions outlined below, in addition to our general Terms of Service.

As a creator on TrainPro Academy, you receive 80% of all net revenue generated through your profile. This includes subscription fees and 1:1 call bookings. TrainPro Academy retains 20% as a platform fee.

"Net revenue" means the amount received after payment processor fees (Stripe fees) have been deducted. The 80/20 split is applied to the net amount.

Athletes who join TrainPro Academy during the founding period may be eligible for our enhanced 90/10 revenue split. Under this programme:

• You receive 90% of net revenue, and TrainPro Academy retains 10%.
• This rate is locked in for the lifetime of your account, regardless of future pricing changes.
• The founding programme is offered at TrainPro Academy's sole discretion and may be closed to new applicants at any time.
• Founding status is non-transferable and applies only to the original creator account.

Revenue earned through your profile is calculated on a monthly basis:

• The earning period runs from the 1st to the last day of each calendar month.
• Payouts are processed within 14 business days following the end of the earning period.
• Payouts are made via Stripe Connect to your linked bank account.

You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate payment details. TrainPro Academy is not liable for delays caused by incorrect banking information.

All content you upload to TrainPro Academy remains your intellectual property. You retain full ownership of your videos, photos, text posts, and any other material you create.

By uploading content, you grant TrainPro Academy a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, stream, and distribute your content to subscribers through the platform. This licence exists solely for the purpose of operating the platform and ends when your content is removed.

You represent and warrant that all content you upload is original, that you have the right to publish it, and that it does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.

By creating an account on TrainPro Academy, you grant TrainPro Academy B.V. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use your name, likeness, image, and content — including but not limited to photographs, video clips, and other visual materials featuring you — for marketing and promotional purposes related to TrainPro Academy.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Posts and stories on TrainPro Academy's social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others).
• Paid advertising campaigns promoting the TrainPro Academy platform.
• Press releases, media kits, and PR materials.
• The TrainPro Academy website and app store listings.
• Pitch materials and investor presentations.

Conditions:

• We will always credit you by name or handle when using your image or content for promotional purposes.
• We will not use your image or content in any way that misrepresents your views, endorsements, or affiliations.
• We will not use your image or content in association with products, brands, or causes you have not endorsed.
• We will not publish full-length videos or complete photo sets without your separate written consent.
• This licence covers both content published on the platform and other publicly available images and videos featuring you, such as those shared on your own social media channels.

Opting out: If you do not wish your image or content to be used for promotional purposes, you may opt out at any time by emailing info@trainpro.academy. Opt-out requests will be honoured within 14 days. Materials already published before the opt-out request cannot be retroactively removed but will not be used in new promotional activity after the opt-out is processed.

Athletes are responsible for their own taxes. As a creator earning revenue through TrainPro Academy, you are solely responsible for:

• Reporting all earnings to the relevant tax authorities in your country of residence.
• Paying any applicable income tax, self-employment tax, or other taxes on your earnings.
• Obtaining any necessary tax registrations or business licences required in your jurisdiction.

TrainPro Academy does not withhold taxes on your behalf. You will receive annual earnings summaries for your records.

We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified tax professional to understand your obligations. If you become tax non-compliant, we may suspend or restrict your account or payouts.

As a creator on TrainPro Academy, you agree to:

• Only upload content that is sport-related and appropriate for all ages.
• Respond to subscriber messages in a timely and respectful manner.
• Honour all booked 1:1 calls and provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule.
• Not engage in misleading promotion or misrepresent your credentials.
• Follow all platform content rules as outlined in our Terms of Service.

You may deactivate your creator profile or leave the platform at any time:

• No notice period is required — you can deactivate immediately from your account settings.
• Upon deactivation, your profile is hidden from discovery and no new subscriptions are accepted.
• Existing subscribers retain access until the end of their current billing period.
• All your content is removed from the platform immediately upon account deletion.
• Any outstanding earnings will be paid out in the next scheduled payout cycle.

TrainPro Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your creator account if you violate these Creator Terms, the general Terms of Service, or engage in conduct that is harmful to the platform or its users.

In the event of termination for cause, any pending earnings may be withheld if there is evidence of fraud or Terms violations. You will be notified in writing of the reasons for termination.

We may update these Creator Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes at least 30 days in advance via email. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may deactivate your profile before they take effect.

Revenue split percentages agreed at the time of your acceptance (including Founding Athlete rates) will not be changed retroactively without your explicit consent.
